Refund & Withdrawal Policy

Physical tags — 14-day right of withdrawal

You may return any unused Tag within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item was defective.

To withdraw, email us using the model form below or any clear statement.

Digital service (account & Premium) — waiver

The account is activated immediately at your request. By accepting these terms you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal for the digital service once it begins.

Premium — cancel anytime

Cancel from /app/subscription. Monthly plans run to the end of the paid month. Annual plans are non-refundable except where law requires, but you keep access until the period ends.

If we substantially change the Service to your detriment, you may cancel and request a pro-rata refund for the unused period.

Defective products

Statutory warranty applies (2 years in the EU). Contact support with order number and a photo.
