Right of access (Art. 15) & portability (Art. 20)
Download a JSON export of your account data, tags, scans, chat history, contacts and consent log. Use the 'Export my data' button below (sign-in required).
Right to erasure (Art. 17)
Request permanent deletion of your account. We will delete or anonymise within 30 days, except where law requires us to retain certain records (e.g. accounting).
Right to rectification (Art. 16)
Edit name, email, language and tag content directly in /app/settings.
Right to object & restrict (Art. 21 & 18)
Object to processing based on legitimate interest, or restrict processing while a dispute is resolved. Email our DPO.
Withdraw consent
Marketing emails: one-click unsubscribe in every email or in /app/settings.
Cookies: cookie banner.
Push notifications: in /app/settings or your browser settings.
Lodge a complaint
You can complain to Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP) or the authority of your EU country (https://edpb.europa.eu/about-edpb/about-edpb/members_en).
